PLAIN POLYPROPYLENE PP WOOD PULP NONWOVEN FABRIC
Description:
PP wood pulp non-woven fabric is a non-woven material composed of polypropylene (PP) and wood pulp fiber. It has excellent breathability, water absorption and softness, as well as good strength and wear resistance.
PP wood pulp non-woven fabrics are usually used in medical and health, household products, packaging materials and other fields.
Due to the addition of natural wood pulp fibers, PP wood pulp non-woven fabrics have better environmental performance, and also have better feel and comfort with good tensile strength and wear resistance.
In general, PP wood pulp non-woven fabric is a multi-functional material with good performance and wide application prospects.
Key Features:
1. Offers an excellent combination of strength and cleanliness of polypropylene nonwovens combined with the absorbent properties of cellulose.
2. Smooth texture and good water absorption.
3. Lowest extractable level and particle count compared to cotton.
4. Resistant to solvents and dilution, and chemically compatible with widely used cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
5. Able to withstand autoclaving while also being a cost-effective and long-lasting option.
Application:
1. General spill cleanup and surface cleaning
2. Compounding and washing areas
3. Cleaning of scratch-sensitive surfaces
4. General wiping and cleaning in biotechnology environments and component preparation
5. Removal of etchants and other chemical spills
7. Tray lining and other laboratory uses
Suitable for:
1.making disposable medical supplies,
2.sanitary napkins,
3.wet wipes,
4.facial masks
5.packaging materials, such as shopping bags, packaging bags, etc.
Production Process:
1. Raw material preparation: Mix polypropylene (PP) fiber and wood pulp fiber in a certain proportion, and add an appropriate amount of additives, such as reinforcing agents, lubricants, etc., for pretreatment.
2. Mixing and stirring: Mix the pretreated fiber raw materials with water and stir so that the fibers are fully dispersed in the water to form a fiber suspension.
3. Spunlace forming: The fiber suspension is sprayed onto the rotating mesh belt. Through the action of high-pressure water flow, the fibers are rearranged and interwoven on the mesh belt to form a wet non-woven fabric of a certain thickness.
4. Pre-drying: Pre-dry the wet-laid non-woven fabric to remove part of the moisture and make the fabric stronger.
5. Hot air shaping: Hot air is used to shape the non-woven fabric to make the bond between fibers stronger and remove residual moisture, so that the non-woven fabric can achieve the required performance indicators.
6. Coiling and packaging: Coil and package the shaped PP wood pulp spunlaced non-woven fabric for subsequent transportation and use.
Through the above process steps, spunlaced non-woven fabrics of PP wood pulp can be produced, which have good hand feel, water absorption and strength, and are suitable for various application fields.
